$300 Million Deal: Grok AI Is Coming to Telegram
Elon Musk's AI company xAI has signed a $300 million agreement with Telegram to integrate its Grok artificial intelligence system. According to the announcement, Grok will be available to over 1 billion Telegram users this summer.
Telegram founder Pavel Durov confirmed the partnership, stating that Grok AI is one of the most powerful AI technologies on the market and will significantly enhance the Telegram experience. Grok will be integrated into the search bar, enabling topic-based conversations, smart text editing, chat and document summarization, group moderation, and more.
This partnership will provide Telegram with $300 million in cash and capital, and the revenue from xAI subscriptions sold within Telegram will be equally shared between the two companies.

Durov also noted that Telegram Premium now has over 15 million paid subscribers, and the number has doubled in just one year.
