HomePad Could Launch in 2025

According to Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, HomePad is expected to compete with Google Nest Hub and Amazon Echo Show. Although the device was delayed previously, its launch may now be planned for later this year.

Gurman noted that the delay of the AI-powered Siri update also impacted HomePad’s timeline. However, it seems Apple plans to launch HomePad without waiting for the new Siri version.

What Will HomePad Offer?

Rumors suggest the device will have a 7-inch display, front-facing camera, FaceTime support, video conferencing, integration with Apple apps, built-in battery, and Apple Intelligence features. Apple is also expected to introduce its new homeOS operating system alongside this device.

While no official release date has been confirmed yet, WWDC could be the launch event.
