RedMagic Astra Gaming Tablet goes global

RedMagic Astra Gaming Tablet goes global — from €469/$469

RedMagic launched its Tablet 3 Pro in China last month, and now the global market is getting the same powerhouse under a new name — RedMagic Astra Gaming Tablet. It’s the same compact gaming beast built for performance.

The tablet features a 9.06-inch display with uniform 4.9mm bezels. The panel is impressive: 1504x2400px LTPO OLED, 165Hz refresh rate, HDR, PWM dimming, and up to 1,600 nits of brightness.

It also comes with stereo speakers and dual haptic motors for a truly immersive gaming and media experience.

Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, it stays cool thanks to liquid metal, a large vapor chamber, and an active cooling fan. RedMagic claims these features bring an 8°C temperature drop.

Inside, there’s an 8,200mAh battery with 80W fast charging, going from 0% to 50% in just 20 minutes. The USB-C port supports USB 3.2 Gen 2, enabling external displays up to 8K at 60Hz or 4K at 144Hz.

The RedMagic Astra Gaming Tablet comes in two colors: Black (12/256GB, 16/512GB, 24GB/1TB) and Silver (12/256GB, 16/512GB). Sales begin July 16, priced at $499/€499/£439.

However, from July 10 to 15, an Early Bird promotion offers it for $469/€469/£409 with free RedMagic gaming finger sleeves and an 80W charger (not included by default).

It will be available in North America, Europe, the UK, Asia-Pacific, and GCC countries.
